At Better Sporting Dogs, we want you and your canine athlete to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel or gear doesn't fit perfectly, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Ensure items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
